10. Legal Jurisdiction and Competent Court
This Legal Notice and all GenerAcion Vita activities are governed by Portuguese law, in particular:

Competent court: For the resolution of disputes arising from the interpretation or application of this Legal Notice, and in the absence of an out-of-court settlement, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall be competent, in accordance with Article 71 of the Code of Civil Procedure and applicable consumer protection legislation.
For cross-border disputes between Portugal and Spain, Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters applies.
