1. Data Controller
GenerAcion Vita guarantees the total confidentiality of user data, in strict compliance with the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. Data Collected and Purposes of Processing
The personal data collected by GenerAcion Vita is processed for the following purposes:
a) Order processing Data: full name, delivery address, tax identification number (NIF), email, and phone number. Legal basis: contract performance. Purpose: processing, invoicing, and delivery of the order.
b) Newsletter and marketing communications Data: email address. Legal basis: explicit consent of the data subject (opt-in). Purpose: sending educational content about supplementation, bioavailability, and news from GenerAcion Vita. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link present in every email.
c) Service improvement and statistical analysis Data: navigation data and cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Purpose: analysis of website behavior to improve user experience. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for more information.
d) Compliance with legal obligations Data: invoicing and tax data. Legal basis: legal obligation. Purpose: compliance with tax and accounting obligations provided for by Portuguese and European legislation.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
GenerAcion Vita does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data is only shared with:
— Carriers (CTT Expresso, InPost, GLS): name, address, and phone number, strictly necessary for the delivery of the order.
— Shopify Platform: technical processing of orders and payments, under a GDPR processor contract.
— Email marketing platform: email address, only if you have given consent to receive the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
— Tax Authority and Social Security: invoicing data, when required by law.
All of GenerAcion Vita’s processors are obligated to handle data confidentially and in compliance with the GDPR.
4. Data Retention Period
