TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website and the sale of products marketed by GenerAcion Vita for the territories of Portugal and Spain.
GenerAcion Vita acts as a reseller of independent brands of food supplements, functional beverages, and natural cosmetics. Bioavailability claims are based on technical specifications and clinical studies provided by the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers.
2. Eligibility — Minimum Age
The use of the GenerAcion Vita website, account creation, and purchases are permitted only to individuals aged 18 or older.
By creating an account or making a purchase, the user declares to be 18 years of age or older. GenerAcion Vita reserves the right to cancel orders or accounts whenever there is well-founded suspicion that the user does not meet this requirement.
3. Account Creation and Responsibility
The user is responsible for:
— Maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials — All activities carried out with their credentials — Providing true, updated, and complete information during registration — Immediately notifying GenerAcion Vita in case of unauthorized access to their account via: suporte@generacionvita.com
GenerAcion Vita is not responsible for damages resulting from the user's failure to comply with these obligations.
4. Account Termination
The user may request the closure of their account at any time via: suporte@generacionvita.com
GenerAcion Vita reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
— Violate these Terms and Conditions — Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities — Provide false information during registration
In case of account termination, data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

— No information provided by GenerAcion Vita should be interpreted as a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment for any health condition.
— Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
— Results may vary from individual to individual depending on factors such as age, health status, medication, and gastrointestinal conditions.
— Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or discontinuing any supplementation regimen, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have diagnosed health conditions.
6. Prices, Payments, and Invoicing
Prices: All prices shown include VAT at the current legal rate. GenerAcion Vita reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, with the price in effect at the time of the order being applicable.

Currencies: All transactions are processed in Euros (€).
Invoicing policy: The invoice is automatically issued after payment confirmation and sent to the email indicated in the order. In case of needing to rectify tax details, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the invoice via: suporte@generacionvita.com

The indicated times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or for reasons beyond GenerAcion Vita's control.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal: Under European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), the customer has 14 consecutive days from the date of product receipt to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, without needing to state a reason.
Exceptions: For health and hygiene protection reasons, returns of food supplements, functional beverages, or cosmetics whose purity seals, packaging, or containers have been opened or tampered with after delivery are not accepted.
How to exercise the right of return:
- Contact us by email: suporte@generacionvita.com within 14 days of receipt
- Indicate the order number and reason for return
- Await instructions for sending the product
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of a defective product or an error by GenerAcion Vita.
9. Defective or Damaged Product
In case of a defective or damaged product upon delivery, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt via: suporte@generacionvita.com
Include photographs of the product and damaged packaging. GenerAcion Vita will proceed with replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the GenerAcion Vita website — texts, images, logos, GV Blog articles — is the property of GenerAcion Vita or its content partners. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity:

13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence.
In case of dispute and in the absence of an extrajudicial resolution, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
GenerAcion Vita reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update.
